We are looking for curious, courageous, and collaborative interns to join us for our **first-ever dedicated Tech & Product internship drive in Bangalore.** This isn't just an internship; it’s an opportunity to build products that facilitate global discovery.

**The Selection Journey**

We’ve designed a streamlined, three-stage process to help you showcase your technical prowess and collaborative spirit:

**Stage 1: The Coding Challenge (HackerRank) Virtual round**  
• Show us your logic. Shortly after registration, you will receive an invite to a HackerRank assessment. Focus on algorithmic efficiency and clean, readable code.

**Stage 2: Virtual Deep Tech-Dive Interview**  
• Show us your depth. Successful candidates will meet our engineering and product leads for a technical deep-dive. We’ll discuss your tech stack, problem-solving approach, and passion for building scalable digital solutions.

**Stage 3: Behavioural & Collaboration Round- In-Person Interview**  
• Show us your impact. At T&F, how we work is as important as what we build. This final stage focuses on team management, collaboration, and how you align with our core values of respect and continuous improvement.
