# Beta feature terms

These Beta Feature Terms ("**Beta Terms**") govern the use of any features of HackerRank services (the “**Services**”) that HackerRank makes available for evaluation, testing, feedback, experimental, pilot, early access, or limited release and which are not available for general customer use (“**Beta Features**”). By using any Beta Features, the customer using the Beta Features (“**Customer**”) agrees as follows:

1. The person agreeing to these terms has the right and authority to agree to these Beta Terms on behalf of the Customer.
2. HackerRank is providing the Beta Features for use at Customer’s discretion as an optional added-value feature of the Services. Customer is not required to use the Beta Feature to use other features of the Services.
3. HackerRank may offer access to Beta Feature for a period that may not be commensurate with the term of Customer’s subscription to the Services. HackerRank reserves the right to, at any time and without notice to Customer: (a) revoke Customer’s access to the Beta Features; (b) cease to offer the Beta Features; and/or (c) offer Beta Features more generally as part of the Services.
4. HackerRank is providing the Beta Features on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Customer’s use of the Beta Features is at Customer’s own risk. HackerRank disclaims and does not make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, related to the Beta Features or the operation or use thereof, including but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, functionality, availability, or performance.
5. Customer releases and holds harmless HackerRank from, and HackerRank will not have any liability of any kind for, any damages, claims, or loss arising from or related to the Beta Features or Customer’s use or inability to use the Beta Features.
6. Customer will provide reasonable cooperation to provide HackerRank with any feedback, suggestions, related to Customer’s use of the Beta Features as HackerRank may request.
